Your use of the DigilinkComputers.com web site and our services, including phone orders, all purchases, and inquiries, from Digilink Computers is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this site or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below personally or as an agent for any business entity you represent. The term “Customer” means you or the business entity you are ordering goods or services for. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and please do not submit any orders for products or services. The terms and conditions posted on this website, including the warranty policy, are public information and must be adhered to by anyone doing business with Digilink Computers unless there is a written contract signed by an officer of Digilink Computers.

 

All policies listed online at DigilinkComputers.com are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of these policies within regards to consumer law. 

 

Digilink Computers bears no responsibility for misprints, errors or omissions within this website. 

 

All prices are subject to change. 

 

Information and pictures and hyperlinks within this website are to be used as a point of reference only. It may not reflect the final product. We have no control over the content of the manufacturer's information and specifications and as such bear no responsibility for the final product not reflecting this information exactly. 

 

All goods remain the property of Digilink Computers until payment has been received. Digilink Computers can retain, repossess and/or resell all goods.

Customers acknowledge they hold all goods as bailees until title has passed.

 

Digilink Computers reserves the right to withdraw any products listed on the website without notice. 

 

These terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice. 

All prices within this website do not include applicable sales tax, delivery or surcharges. 

 

All parts advertised do not include the cost of installation and/or troubleshooting. 

 

If paying by credit card, the customer must provide accurate details as we require and allow Digilink Computers to be able to verify their details with their financial institutions.Digilink Computers may refuse to accept a credit card payment if it deems to have insufficient verifiable information. 

 

Compatibility between all hardware or software products is not guaranteed. No refund/replacement will be available for incompatibility problems. It is the customers own responsibility to ensure compatibility issues between all hardware or software are resolved prior to ordering. 

 

Our sales representatives are not authorized to make any representations or promises related to any product or services that exceed these terms and conditions and the warranty. Any additional provisions to your purchase must be made in writing and signed by an officer of Digilink Computers. 

 

The Customer agrees that each item in a multi-item purchase from Digilink Computers shall be treated independently unless stated otherwise in writing, signed by an officer of Digilink Computers. That is, defects, replacement, and cancellation of one item does not constitute the voiding of the entire purchase. Each item shall be considered independently for warranty or refund purposes unless the customer has stated otherwise prior to placing an order. 

 

The Customer agrees that all shipping costs and expenses will not be refunded after an order has shipped. 

 

Order cancellation will only be accepted by phone with a sales representative (only before the order is processed and your card is charged). It cannot be done over email or by leaving voicemails. Cancellation on orders already charged carries a 4.9% credit card processing cancellation fee. If an order has already been built in our facility but has not been shipped, there will be an additional 20% restocking fee which covers expenses for taking the system apart and re-stocking the hardware, and any components that were not listed on our website and were special ordered by customer request will incur a 25% restocking fee. The Customer agrees to the above restocking fees, unless otherwise stated in writing, signed by an officer of Digilink Computers.

 

Material fee for boxes, transportation, etc. are included in the shipping fee. The Customer shall not be liable for additional shipping charges for purchases Digilink Computers chooses to ship in multiple packages unless they request and agree to shipping upgrades and upgrade fees. Ironside Computers does include shipping insurance with every FedEx and UPS shipment.

 

Digilink Computers only uses FedEx and UPS, unless the Customer requests shipment via other carriers prior to placing an order. This is considered a special request, and must be signed off on by an officer of Digilink Computers.

 

Digilink Computers is not liable for your order once it leaves our warehouse. The Customer agrees to inspect their package upon delivery, any damage your order should sustain in transit to the destination should be reported directly to the shipper. 

 

The Customer agrees that Digilink Computers will not be liable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

The Customer agrees that Digilink Computers will not be liable for any shipping delays caused by weather, or other natural disasters.

PURCHASE PROCESS

 

If you wish to purchase products offered on the site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide to Digilink Computers will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases. Digilink Computers reserves the right to cancel any purchases should we believe that fraudulent activity is present. 

 

WHERE WE SHIP TO

 

Digilink Computers will ship to any address that FedEx and UPS can ship to within the United States of America. Digilink Computers does not currently offer international shipping.

 

WHEN WE SHIP

 

Products are shipped only after they are built, which can take at least 10 business days on a standard basis. Your order may be delayed if your ship-to address does not match what your credit card issuer has on their file. Some orders that are shipped from fulfillment warehouses may require longer for the item to ship. We may also ship the orders with multiple items from different warehouses so it is possible your order will arrive in several shipments. Due to the many circumstances such as the inability to charge your card or verify your address, we cannot guarantee when your order is shipped out. If the Customer chooses next day air service, it does not mean you will get it the next day from the order date, it means that you will get it the next day from the date we ship the order. Digilink Computers reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to delay your order for any reason. The Customer will be notified if said delays occur. 


SHIPPING DELAYS

 

Once an order is shipped, it is up to the shipper to deliver the products; we can't stop the shipment once it is shipped. If the shipper loses the package, the Customer agrees to contact the shipper for more information. We will not be able to ship out replacement packages until the shipper confirms that the package is lost/will not be delivered to its destination and they will reimburse us. Without confirmation from the shipper, we will not know for sure if you will get two shipments if we ship out another one. If there is no one to sign for the package, your order may be delayed. Every package we ship usually requires a signature, if a package is returned to us because no one was available to sign for it or the address was input incorrectly at the time you submitted the order, you will be charged again to ship it out a second time.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

 

Your receipt of an electronic or phone order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Digilink Computers reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, as determined by Digilink Computers. 

 

The Customer agrees that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Digilink Computers, arising from any product sold by Digilink Computers shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Digilink Computers, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, and any representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

 

RETURNS

 

In order to be eligible to receive a refund, you must request said refund within the first 30 days of receiving the computer. Any computers owned longer than 30 calendar days will no longer fall within the eligibility window for a refund. Refunds are only issued for the sale amount, and do not include any shipping/handling fees. Additionally, any applicable restocking fee will be applied unless otherwise stated in writing, signed by an officer of Digilink Computers. Restocking fees will be waived if: There are defective hardware component(s) inside the computer, and Digilink Computers or a third-party computer company contracted by Digilink Computers has verified that the stability/performance issues are in direct result of the hardware inside the computer and NOT the software such as the operating system, drivers, or any other software relevant to the issues at hand. This does not include damage to the computer which occurred during shipping, such as but not limited to: dents in the computer chassis, loose cables, fallen RGB lighting strips, etc. The Customer agrees that any request for a full refund on a computer with damage caused by shipping will incur a 25% restocking fee, regardless of any defective components. Computers with special ordered components will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee, should a refund be requested on a computer with shipping damages. Any custom work done on a computer such as artwork or engraving shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee regardless of defective components. Unopened peripherals can only be returned within 30 days of receiving the computer. Any peripheral repairs must be processed with their original manufacturer. Returned merchandise must include its original packaging, manuals, and any/all accessories that were included with the order. All sales on software are final. Opened accessories such as monitors and speakers, and any peripherals will not be refunded. Digilink Computers will not refund shipping costs and will not pay for return shipping for any returned packages. All return shipments to Digilink Computers must be shipped with a tracking number and insured for the full value of the contents. Digilink Computers will not be liable for any damage caused to product during transit on return shipments. Before shipping your return, you must back up all software and data, and remove personal, confidential, or private information. Digilink Computers is not liable for any lost data or misuse of data on computers that are returned for any reason. 

 

WARRANTY

 

Digilink Computers will cover the shipping costs of any order within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) back and forth and replace the part(s) within the first 30 business days of receiving your computer system. The Customer takes full responsibility for shipping charges on any order shipped internationally. The Customer is also liable for any shipping charges for international shipments sent back after warranty repair is completed. Shipments for warranty repair must be shipped to Digilink Computers within 10 business days after Digilink Computers confirms the warranty repair. Digilink Computers will not honor warranty service if the computer is defective due to physical damage, overclocking (unless otherwise stated in writing by an officer of Digilink Computers), or from part modifications from the original order on critical components such as the motherboard, processor, case, or power supply. Warranties will also be voided if components are removed from the original spec of the computer. Digilink Computers reserves the right to use similar products or similar to new products for all repairs to computer systems if the product first indicated is out of stock. If you request for Digilink Computers to use a specific product for your order, and would not like to substitute it with alternatives, it may be subject to delay. 

 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

 

Any product that Digilink Computers ship to the Customer that comes back to Digilink Computers as a refused delivery will be subject to fees. Should the Customer request another delivery, the Customer is liable for a 15% restocking fee, to be paid before shipment, and any additional shipping charges. For any refused delivery that comes back to Digilink Computers, the Customer has 30 calendar days to contact Digilink Computers to set up a new delivery. After 30 calendar days has passed, the order becomes the property of Digilink Computers and will not be eligible for refund.
